Andrew Oshogwe is a Rural Development Strategist. He had his education in English and Rural Development and Cooperatives. He also had various training within and outside Nigeria in Development Programmes with emphasis on Sustainability. He is CBN Trained Trainer in Financial inclusion. He is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner (CMP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Project Management (PM). He is an Associate Member of Microfinance Institute,UK; Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria and a Certified Member of Project Management Institute, USA. He is currently the Director, Programmes of the Institute and Coordinates the Consultancy Unit.
